Terms of service

Submitting an enquiry does not form a contract. A contract exists only after both parties confirm scope, fees and timing in writing.

Scope

Services are limited to information consulting, content processing and information intermediation. They exclude investment advice, legal opinions and any licensed brokerage.

Client materials

The client warrants it may instruct us to process the materials it supplies. Non-public material is confidential.

Liability

Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, liability is capped at fees paid for that project, subject to the contract.

Law

Estonian law applies. Disputes go to Harju County Court / Tallinn unless mandatory rules say otherwise. Operator: Flixel OÜ.
